I am a user of netplus broadband from last 2 years and getting the same plan of 5+1 months for Rs.2945. On 31 august contacted the customer service and they informed me to pay the bill on 1 September 2022, after paying the bill on 1st and contacted the customer service again but she told me that i have a plan of 5+1 but after that she told me that I had a pending bill so this plan will only work for 4 months and not 6 which is very disappointing and even after when I told her that I will pay the pending amount she told me that nothing can be done at this moment, so without making any efforts she raised a request to stop my service as per my request cause I am very disappointed.Please resolve this asap customer id :-[protected].
