I complaint today on netplus customer care email id. We are facing huge network issue . No senior contact number Or email id on netplus site or any other sources on google. We are facing huge network issue from since 4 to 5 months and sometimes again and again required password option and network shut down.
We are not satisfied with this network of Wi-Fi. Error occurs whenever we are watching something tv programs and starts buffering. It is asking for password again and again.
servicemen visit our house every 3rd day complaining about frequency is up but when we enquire customer care number head office our frequency is okk today also when we called head office they said that our frequency is 24.494 but your patiala netplus office worker said that your frequency is above than 26 .
We are really frustrate with this network 📡
So kindly resolve our problem permanently so that we can't face this network issue in future.
