Netplus Broadband — poor services by the provider and customer care persons

My customer ID is [protected]. I requested many times to the service provider to put my connection on Fiber Optic but they give me blind response. About ten days eartler, they kept the boxes in my house to install Fibre optic but no one came to my house to finish their job. Now they started to mute my calls. I am totally dissatisfied with their services.
