I Would like to mention that I have been facing harassment for more than 02 months. In spite of many calls and repeated emails, I am still not able to get the waiver. The worst customer service i have ever seen from your side.
I am again requesting you to resolve the issue by today itself as the expiry date of my plan is 06.03.2023.
The details of my earlier email are as follows:-
I, G******a, user ID- [protected], want to state that the internet services were inactive in my area from 15 December 2022 to 17 January 2023 due to which we have faced a lot of problems and inconvenience.
When I called your customer care they assured me to give compensation for the same.
however, its been 2 months they are just misguiding me and not doing any thing to resolve the issue.
