I specifically requested the customer care to guide me on how to avail the new double speed plans, I was asked to make a payment of 2945/= online and it was for 5+1 months. But after making the payment on their website using my customer ID [protected], I am still on old 50mbps plan. And when I ask them why?, they say you have to have active plan. But when you have active plan they say wait for it to be inactive?
