Netplus Broadband — Services not given but bill come full everytime no resolution by customer care also.I mailed many times but no response came a

As i have choosen the plan of 200mbps at charge of Rs.999+ 12% gst

but bill came full but speed of net was 36 mbps all the time since the plan upgrade as the modem was not provided

however by contacting the customer care they said that they dont have any modems so they cant do anything

but i filed for waiver also that was denied as by saying that i am uneligible however no resolution was provided why
