I am netplus customer. My customer number is [protected]. The dealer who installed my broadband is providing me the worst service. Yesterday in afternoon my Internet connection was not working i called him and he said that wifi is down from main server. Then after a hour i called him again 4-5 times but he didn't picked up the call. My neighbour has same connection i called him he said that wifi is working properly. Due to this negligence my yesterday 's class also got missed. Hoping for a help as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
