New Career Shiksha — Fraudulent promise of job and duping money as reimbuseble fees

I am a retired senior medical officer of Indian air force and had applied for job at Shine.com .Got a call from Rohit of New Career Shiksha from [protected] saying they work for Shine.com and have confirmed job shortlisting for me with six reputed companies viz Apollo Hosp Fortis Hosp etc and that i have to go thru registration with them and further verification and confirmation giving online fees which will be reimbursed by the coy i choose to work with after tele conversation and face to face interview with coy rep immediately after the confirmation process with them . Rohit put me thru to Kartik with whom i went thru online payment on their wesite under various sections of Assistance under Services Head of website resulting in payment of more than 30000 rupees which again he said will be paid back by Coy. Payment portals were P-1 and P-11 and under PG-2 with password l66usn54 as given by Karthik at each payment. He said confirmation is done, sent a registration confirmation email and asked for documents to be sent which i sent the same aftetnoon. Then i tried to contact Rohit / Karthik on no given [protected] manned by a girl who said she will ask them to give a call to me as they work in operations section but inspite of my contacting on said no they did not call back. Next day again i tried to contact them but 1280 was told to be not in sevice and 7219 did not respond. It' s been five days and no company id has been generated/ contacted so far. I then read New Career Shiksha reviews and realized that many people like me have been duped exactly similarly with hardly any lowly placements. Two days back Arjun/Karthik rang up to say it will take 30-90 days for contact with companies and said fees charged will be reimbursed. I told them to send all this committing in email but they have not done so. Only verbal assurances/ commottments have been made. If such a company website approved by Government can dupe a senior retired doctor of IAF we can imagine the extent of frsud they must be doind with all the vulnerable people. I request for initiation of suitable blacklisting and penal/ legal action against the coy and refund of money collected from concerned people.
