New Delhi airport — Treated unfairly

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

To whom this may concern,
Id like to make an annonimous complaint against a hotel in New Delhi, Indian Immigration at New Delhi Airport and unidentified workers outside the departure doors at New Delhi Airport.
I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant, 17th on July 2014 my flight was booked to travel back to New Zealand, as I am a New Zealand citizen. Via Malaysia Airlines, only to find out my flight had been delayed till the next day, 18th of July 2014. My husband and mother-inlaw were also with me to see me off, but due to the delay we had to find somewhere to stay for the night, not far from the airport we found a hotel. The hotel asked for ID. Only I had ID, my passport. They took some photocopies then realised my Indian tourist visa had expired 2 days ago and said sorry you cannot stay here due to my expired visa. We told them I was currently pregnant and that I had my flight ticket to return to New Zealand but my flight was delayed till the next morning. Giving my passport back and without saying anything they took our luggage back outside and said they would ring the police. We left in shock and found another hotel which accepted us.
Thursday 18th of July, 6am we arrived at the airport, 7:20 my Malaysia Airlines check-in desk opened. The person that served me noticed that my Indian Tourist Visa had been expired for 3 days but still gave my airline tickets.
At 8am I made my way to the Immigration desk, the person also checked my visa and noticed it was expired he then said 'your visa is expired', looking at him as if it was ok I said 'yes', he said 'you can't go, what are you going to do about a consequence?', Quite stunned I shrugged my shoulders as if to say 'I'm not sure', Soon enough he threw my passport and ticket back at me and said 'NO, Go back! You have to pay for your consequences', In such shock as I was just refused from going back to my own country I walked back to the Malaysia airlines desk and told someone what had happened, they then took me to the immigration office on the side and asked if I could give them money so that I could go, they refused.
I was then told to wait while they sort papers. After 40 minutes of standing and waiting someone then told me to sit while they get my luggage. After and hour of waiting my luggage arrived and I soon left.
10am, Because I'm not familiar with India all that well and not used to being without my husband I stayed close to the departure doors. I had text my husband multiple times to come quick but he had to catch a bus and metro train.
After 2 hours of standing, sitting waiting for my husband to arrive I noticed multiple people starring at me, a few minutes later a man comes over tome and starts speaking a different language, I replied 'English'. He then said 'where are you travelling today?', Not sure if he could understand properly I said 'No, waiting for husband'. He then said something I couldn't understand, and a police officer came and interrupted and started talking to the man who first started talking to me. I couldn't understand what they were saying but I knew they were talking about me because they had pointed at where I was standing before I sat down, the officer then said to me 'where are you travelling today?' I replied, 'I'm not travelling today, I'm waiting for my husband to pick me up', He said 'is this your luggage?' And pointed at my bags, I said 'yes'. He then asked for my tickets, I gave him my ticket that I had recently scrunched up, he said 'you should have gone last night?', I told him my flight was delayed till that morning and to go and ask if he didn't believe me, I then gave him my passport. He asked 'why are you not travelling?' I told him that my visa just expired 3 days ago, he said 'ok', And told me to tell my husband to come quickly because I'm not suppose to be sitting there, and left.Quickly texting my husband to hurry up, he arrived 2 minutes later. I noticed as we left all the 'Green Team' workers and 2 officer's were watching us until we were out of site.
I personally think I was treated unfairly, I have NEVER felt so embarrassed and hurt before, I dread going back there. Worst experience of my life!

Thank you.
