New India Assurance — claim amount deducted without any reason

I have a mediclaim policy of new india assurance company ltd. Under this policy i have claimed rs 115963 for my right ear operation in vadt nurshing home mumbai. But they deducted rs 58477 without showing any proper cause. The details are given below
