New India Assurance — Fraud in policy terms | |||
I have purchase my car insurance policy with the benefits of zero depreciation and cashless and new India took premium of that level only. But, now when I need to claim my insurance I got to know that my policy doesn't have these two benefits, I contacted the agent, he said that by mistake or because of network issue at the time of issuing the policy, these two benefits left out. However I have paid 16651 as premium amount which as per New India Company was sufficient or more than sufficient for a policy to include nil dep and cashless claim benefit. This is very disappointing for me and it seems complete fraud to me. Therefore I want you to take quick and strict action on this matter. I want no extra compensation but at least I should be given what I have purchased which is complete cashless claim and zero depreciation benefit. Was this information helpful? | |||
