Our institution had taken health insurance policy from good health tpa services limited, punjagutta, hyderabad provided id no: ghna[protected] under your company new india assurance hyderabad. I have mediacted for gynic operation on 10.06.2018 and one day before i have informed asst. Manager (Mail praveen. [protected]@newindia.co.in) working in your company before going to operation then after discharge i submitted mediclaim along with required documents on 19.06.2018 at our office got reached to company on 21.06.2018. But when i have asked about my claim status they have given remarks as late intimation and late submission how it will occur i have informed one day before and submitted within time.
