New India Assurance — I paid for car insurance on 30 october & till today haven't received my car insurance | |||
Hi paid to company for my car insurance rs 8291 on 30th october. After that i been told that there will be survey again as paid for insurance next instead of same day. Anyway i paid again for survey about rs206. On 2nd nov. I been told that i will receive my policy on same day which i didn't receive at all & even today on 3rd november i haven't received my car insurance policy. I'm trying to call customer care service number [protected]. But no one is replying. I don't know what to do next. Plz provide me solution. My mobile number is [protected]. My car no.
