New India Assurance — Improper working schedule of branch | |||
Sir, The new india assurance.co. Ltd portal office at mukkam, kozhikode is not working on proper schedule. Usual working hour starts at 10 am but here it's depends on the workers decision. Its not happening first time many customers facing same issues. So please make any step to solve the issue. Otherwise we are force to change the company. Thanks and regards Deepak. Please provide my renewal health insurance policy written document.Policy No.[protected]. Dated 4/5/2017.I renewed this policy through online. I didn't get any written document yet please provide as much as possible.
