New India Assurance — Insurance claim rejected and waiting for approval from head office since 2 months
i initiated an claim for my hyundai creta car with vehicle number tn15p0331 on 23/06/2021 for rat bite in
golden hyundai showroom salem
i requested them to claim damages under insurance, because my insurance policy has an default rodent cover addon.So the showroom iniated the claim.
But the surveyor rejected the claim stating that my third party expired wasn't live, i asked them for an rat bite there is no third party link and its not necessary, but the surveyor strictly rejected the claim stating that for an own damage claim, the third party should be default.
The next day i called to the new india toll free number, i explained everything about the claim rejection to the customer executive, he said there is no link for the third party to be live for rat bite, to claim under own damage.
He further initiated me to mail the policy number, copy and surveyor name and number to the new india, so that they will direct to initiate the claim and resolve the claim issue.
So i hereby attached my policy copy and the details of the policy number and surveyor details as follows.

so i kindly request new india assurance to initiate my claim and process the claim to replace the damages as soon as possible.
It's been more than 2months going to get over without any conclusion
i doesn't put an private insurance, i had purchased an hyundai assurance tieup insurance for that hyundai is making the customer to contact the insurance company for claim approval instead of the hyundai showroom, showroom is simply silent focussing on their work.
I am planning to file an consumer case
so i kindly request to please make an conclusion that the claim will be approved or not as soon as
