I had requested my calim and submitted papers on 9th of july but still there is no response from your team, i had called many times to the office but no one is picking the phone, is this the way you treat your customer, i need this problem to be solved as soon as possible, this is the 1st time iam requesting a claim, there is no other accident history

Claim was reported under marine policy no[protected] has closed as original documents were not submitted.

Original documents were lost during accident hence unable to provide the same.

All other supporting documents are submitted to justify the claim

Claim is with Mr Sourabh Kumar office no[protected]/94

Kindly look into.
