I was paid rs.6601 on[protected] to you through my credit card. But transaction was failed and my amount was credit to your account. So please cancel the transaction and re-back my money. Here with i am giving hdfc bank letter for your kind information.

We understand from your mail that the payment towards the above said charge was unsuccessful. We would like to confirm that the aforesaid transaction has been processed successfully to your card account from our end basis on the instruction received from the merchant.
