Dear sir/madam, I, anil kumar sah, having my vehicle (Car) insurance from ozar (Mig) branch from last many years. From last two years, the branch officials are giving assurance of having swap machine for insurance premium payment but nothing concrete step has been taken by the branch. Still branch is not having the system of accepting digital payment. Once again i request to higher authority in writing to provide digital payment system in the branch.
