New India Assurance — non settlement of medical insurance claim

Dear sir,

I am very regretted to write that myself and other 5 members have been covered under medical insurance policy with new india assurance company through my employer jsw infrastructure ltd. My number id is [protected].

I had made an insurance claim in october 2019 to new india assurance company (Copy attached) and i have taken contentious follow up for the same, on which i am not getting any response from tpa mediassist or new india assurance.

I would like to bring in your notice that policy premium towards my parent under the same policy is being deducted from my salary, and it shows no any other member except me is covered under the policy.

I request you to kindly look in the matter, otherwise my claim may get rejected.
