New India Assurance — regarding claim of rear bumper | |||
This is to inform you that my car had met accident due to which it was damaged from backside and had given it in the workshop for insurance claim. But the surveyor rejected the rear bumper claim saying that it has got temporary fixing. The reason of fixing has already been mailed to maruti suzuki and the manager of new india assurance mathura. Even after a week i haven't recieved any mail regarding my issue and my car is in the workshop since 13 days. When i got the insurance done the manner and responses were quick but now after giving the money when it is the time to claim there is no redressal to it. Kindly look into the matter seriously. I have car cash less insurance and my car accident 25/06/2018 insurance company not show interest and not give any response to me yes or no and in Kaithal Haryana office my car cass in there please help in this matter. I have any fault to purchase this policy to New India Insurance?

Gadi number HR 9751 tuv300 car owner name Ishwar K Naam Se registered hi claim ke liye pending last 8 month se ha car ke file new India insurance company office Kaithal Haryana ma ha or koi response nhi mel rha ha
