New India Assurance — regarding renewal of indemnity insurance | |||
My professional indemnity policy was from 4/1/17-3/1/18. I received no reminders for renewal and when i myself tried to go online to renew, it was not happening, so i called customer care which a girl picked from chennai centre and said that she would revert back. Never reverted back eventually my policy expired todday. When i enquired how to renew. They said u have to go in person. Not acceptable at all.
