New India Assurance — reimbursement payment not received | |||
I had an accident on 9 the of December, at 830 am, when I have called the customer Care service centre phone number, it was unreachable, then again i tried on same no itwas connected and I talked with them, but they were telling that itI24/7 support for custemar, then my car was given for repairing tbe inspection person was not intemated to me, after one week i called that person regardin this, he was telling that what is proof the accident got happened, then I convinced him and given the spot photos to him, after one month ny car was ready and i paid the whole amout of repairing bill on 18 of December 2017, then the Maruti Suzuki person mr Pradeep was submitted the my vehicle bill on 21 DEC 2017, I called to Bangalore office, they said they have received on Thursday 1 Feb 2018.Sitll they are not processing it.
