Hi, There are many people facing issues with below given service center New Tech Solution. Address: 211, Vardhaman Market, Sector 17, Opp Andhra Bank, Vashi- 400703 ... 10:00-18:00.Service CenterPhone Number: [protected] I have myself ( Avinash Vasudevan ) given my Lenovo mobile with my token no - 424 and is pending since last 1 month. The major challenge is they do not attend calls and since last one month just stating that will we revert back there are other issues and always giving vague reasons. There is no costumer centricity amongst the people working over there. I am really pissed of and now over a month my warranty for mobile would be lapsed but they have not yet repaired or reverted with solution. I have been hearing daily complaints from the people who visit the service center. I would request you to have a action to be taken against this center. Was this information helpful? | |||

I faced same problem. my moto mobile is with them for like 2 months now. can you please take action against the service center please?
with refernce to work order number VZI/MG/16/01367 ...MY HANDSET WAS GIVEN for repairing and on 25th of july i got a message that your handset is ready for pick up at CCI new tech solution and i travelled 2 hours from panvel to vashi but when i went at new tech solution vashi ... the person sitting told that the parts have come and handset is not ready. The lady named "swapnal" told that the system is sending the message. I also called on the landline number[protected] before going but no one pick up the phone. when i told the lady that my phone was not recieved ...she replied that she is unable to understand when the call is coming. the behaviour was too rude and she also told that you should have come 2 to 3 days later though you got the message.
