[Resolved]  TDI International India Limited — Bully , Misbehave, and rude languages has been used with me

Miss Nidhi Kapoor is so bad HR and behaviour so very rude to employer and come in office in drink and churase and she is mental HR and if anyone leave this job then she not full and final settlement so please do join this company .

Dear Mr. Hiyav Bajaj,

No Greetings Of the day !

You must feel ashamed that its a "slap on your face" ...

As i already have informed you about the incident that the "Disgusting Behavior" had been performed me by your security guard on your directions.

After that i had been called by "Mrs. Anjali Saxena" four times within a month and every time she has made "False Promises" but she did not give me my "Full & Final" Certificate and other documents.She has wasted my most precious time and insulted me always.

and Yesterday on 14th June, 2013 Again " You have used Security guard to make me out of the organization" just because my Payment cheque was not ready.

I can understand that "TDI International" is not in good condition and fighting with some Money Problem...I would just suggest you to take a loan of small amount from any Government or Private bank...

If company has got "Bankrupt", i can suggest you to borrow some amount from me...
But Don't show your "Cheap and Disgusting Behavior" with me by using your security guard...


I want my Pending Documents and Amount from company...Nothing Else...
If "TDI International" is not capable to settle the amount, Do not use Security Guard to bully at me...

If You have Guts...Have a meeting with me...
Its a "Slap at your Face...
I am Coming on Monday...Please do my FNF...

If "TDI International" remains the same behavior with me, I am Going to Forward this mail to all of the "Advertising Agencies" and Vendors in India.

and Further Communication would be in "Labor Forum".

Dear Sir,

Greetings of the Day !

My Name is " Rahul Kumar Pal ".
I have been working in "TDI International india Pvt. Ltd." as a marketing coordinator since January, 2012 under ms. Lovenika's supervision.
I have been informed to be transferred in calicut Branch and i have been given only 6 days to relocate in chennai.
I am not comfortable to relocate my self in any other place before july, 2013 hence i asked for 30 days more to take any decision,
First of all i had been asked for resignation without any valid reason some days before wherein and i have requested them to wait till 31st May, 2013.
but there i could not find any humanity and i had been given a letter of transfer to "calicut Branch" wherein I am not comfortable to relocate my self in any other place before july, 2013.

This was not enough...!! ... More over !!
I was present into the office to have a verbal communication with HR Department.
There has been performed a "Disgusting Behavior" with me by the HR Department yesterday on 23rd May, 2013.
There i had been made out of the office premises by a "security Guard" called up by Ms. Nidhi Kapoor as per the order of higher authorities of the company. and my entry has banned into the office premises without telling any reason.
This was a "defamation" to me. i would like to know the reason behind this defamation.
hence i request you to have a short time meeting with me to discuss this concern properly before escalating further.

Kindly revert me asap with date & Time of Meeting into the office premises.

BAD Company - with their deaf and dump management staff members. everyone thinks HE or SHE is a Hiyay Bajaj which is a quite funny to work at any of their branch.

This is true and this company do not give any specific reasons before they kick their employee from their services.
they have a back side connection with the EPFO organisation employees and they paid a huge amount bribe to EPFO employees to delete and remove the files of employees for not depositing the EPF amount in this organisation. Government must remove the facilities of EPFO services from this company forever. they do not deserve EPFO facilities.
