Dear sir/mam,
It's been long time since following for the reimbursement of nexa card issued at the time selling car about 4 reminders mail had sent but no resolution to my problem. Making fool to the customer is now became the most popular thing here, actually it is about card which they sell and say you will get profit every time you spend money and redeem facility is available at all centre but it all goes false.
No one is responding at nexa regarding same so at last here i request you to kindly intervene into this matter and take possible suitable action against them against resolution of my problem.
Since just because of this not only many of them being fooled.
So here i request you to that amount w. R. T to time & doing fraud must be reimburse to me.
Your intervention required.

    I booked the vehicle and was promised to get the delivery on saturday 20th october from nexa palace showroom. From the time of booking the sales executive was not providing any updates, it was me who use to follow up regularly. On 20th october also i spoke to the customer agent 4 times and also before going to showroom for the delivery of the car. When reached the showroom, then the customer service agents along with the quality manager called and informed that the car which was ready for the delivery has been damaged and is not ready for delivery.

    My family was completely disappointed and saddened. My wife went unwell post this as the entire family was eagerly waiting for the delivery fo the car. This car was dream car as there was a wedding in the family and groom was supposed to go in this vehicle.

    Sorry to inform but none of the agents, quality manager and the vp was not sorry about the incident and did not even try to convinve the cutomer and deliver the vehicle. Every one was asking on when should they transfer the money which was paid as booking fee. Its post 72 hours after this incident, but still the money is not transferred..

      Dear sir/mam,

      This is a complaint for an accident that occurred today between a bullet motorcycle and my scross alpha model car.
      Much to my dismay the steering wheel came out after the collision.
      Please revert why after such a collision the steering wheel can come out.
      Is the safety so much lacking in your cars.
      I need proper root cause analysis.
      My car number is pb10gh 5339 and was purchased from sandhu nexa on 22.06.17
      At the moment after this accident that took place tonight on 15.10.18 the car has been taken to stan nexa ludhiana outlet through a recovery van.
      Please address this issue immediately and replace the car.

        1. At the outset i would like to convey my displeasure on the service provided to me by nexa magarpatta.

        2. I am very upset with the kind of service that nexa has provided. It is indirectly cheating its customer by trying to sell an old car.

        3. I was ready to buy the new 2017 model s-cross however it wasn't conveyed to me that the car was used. The car has already ran 600 kms, whereas the new car should not be run at all. Also the body of the car had lot of scratch marks which are unwarranted in a new car.

        4. You at nexa are selling me a used second hand car which is absolute fraud this is demeaning to the nexa brand as well as maruti as a whole. I have been a customer of maruti since 2010 and i feel deeply hurt by the behavior and service.

        5. I have paid the entire amount in cash for a new car and i was expecting a best service from your end.

        6. The car has been delayed by almost two months now, i had come to book the car in aug.

        7. Since then there is no proper followup from your team, i have to call and keep asking about the update everytime.

        8. I am feeling harassed by this attitude of nexa magarpatta and feel like never again to buy a maruti car again.

        9. I am frustrated and want to cancel the booking. Please let me know the process to get the refund.

          While driving my baleno car on steepy slopes when i try to turn the steering there is an unusual noise coming out of the steering.. So im raising a complaint on this to the nexa dealer.. This issue was noticed till at the starting when i purchased this car from the showroom.. I think maruti suzuki has delivered me with a defaulted car having streering issues...

            Refer our vehicle no. Tn11t9060, model - baleno.

            Bodyshop work has been done at pillai & sons motor company (Nexa), keelkattalai, chennai-600117 on 21 sep 18.

            Our car is registered in our company - gg organics exports pvt ltd, and the company is located inside a sez, so we have requested them to prepare the invoice in igst head. Even after the repeated reminder and forwarded the necessary documents in this regard they have made the invoice in gst head. Then i made a request to them to change the invoice, because we have one insurance claim on this but unfortunately till date we did not receive any positive response from pillai & sons keelkattlai branch. So our claim process is not able to initiate and moreover this will invite a bad impression on maruti also.

            Last three weeks we are following it up, but no response from their end.

            So kindly request you to take necessary steps to settle the issue at the earliest please and further it will be great help for us to get the our insurance claim also.

              We had purchased baleno delta from rajouri garden, new delhi branch on 28th may 2018. But we have not still receive original rc nor they giving any details about despatch. Also fastag provided with the car purchase is not working and when contacted with the concerned bank, they told it has not been registered at all.
              Customer service is very poor with nexa.

                N a baleno car with registration number CH01BF8219. My car got damaged from the front and i got it repaired from Modern Automobiles chandigarh. They took nearly a month to get it repaired and i claimed an insurance for it. I made the full payment and since i was not a technical person I trusted them and took my car. But the car didn't even work properly for a day. Sometimes It will stop in the middle of the road then sometimes the gear will not work sometimes centre locking will not work and it will make sound when i open it from the key and so on. I have to visit modern Automobiles every single day to get it repaired. When i call them they just have one answer to give the car here. I am a working lady and it is very difficult for me to visit each and every day to the service station. Out of frustration I called them and asked for some senior official number which they refused to give and started shouting. I contacted nexa customer care for this and they suggested me to visit Autopace chandigarh. When i visited them they told me that modern Automobiles have not replaced the items they have just repaired it. But its almost a week but Autopace is not at all telling me that whats the problem in my car. They never contact me and when i contact them regarding my car they just tell me that they are not able to find the problem. Sir, i am always a fan of maruti car but i am so much disappointed with your service this time. I have also mailed you before but there's no reply. Kindly help me in getting my car repaired and take some action so that we as a customer don't have to face such problems.

                  I am facing some issues stearing column as its stiffing i have raised a complaint to nexa work shop in meerut, they promised me to get the part changed as it in in warranty however even after 3 months they havent arranged the product and very tim they have the same answer

                    We have just bought the car in august 2018, we found the steering wheel is too hard and does'nt come back to its original position as it should react while driving.
                    After our complaint they have changed the column but we have not found anu change in the steering wheel, have given upteenth complaints but are not answered.

                    This car will be used by my kids, and we don't feel it is suitable for them, we have complained till delhi office of nexa, but still the problem is not resolved.

                      Hi sir, i am very disappointed your services, you know from last 15 years i am favorite of maruti cars starting from alto to sx4 and now s-cross alpha, every times i am giving complaint on 3 things about my s cross..
                      1. Engine noise, 2. Mileage issue, 3. Gear shifting issue from second gear to third gear but no one corrected from last 4 services.
                      Now my vehicle met an small accident at anantapur town in ap, and hand over to vehicle in local nexa service center on 8th september, yesterday i went for seeing the progress of vehicle,
                      Surprisingly there is no improvement on vehicle condition and show room people saying that, they don’t have spares and placed order for required spares in last week of sep but they don’t have any idea on receiving receive,
                      And also conforming that will take another 10 to 12 days’ time for completing the work..
                      Last 13 days spending lots of money on rented cabs because of your delay,
                      This is very bad and 1st time felt that why should i brought this maruti suzuki vehicle?
                      Totally i am disappointed your service, suggest to improve your staff efficiency / capabilities to solve customer issues, and billed one spare parts hub in south india to avoid delay dispatches from gurgaon (Hr).

                        I have purchased Maruthi Baleno Automatic Petrol High End model from Varun Nexa Showroom - Vijayawada in Dec'2017. At the time of buying, showroom executives insisted to take the insurance policy from the showroom itself and they informed us the insurance will cover for everything (Full Insurance), under compulsion i have paid all the total amount to around Rs. 10.10 Lakhs to showroom only. Recently on 11-Sept-2018 my vehicle was stopped in the middle of the road in Hyderabad and as per the advises of the workshop people we have handed over the vehicle by toeing van help. For our surprise the workshop people told that engine is seized and they also informed that it is not covered under the insurance. Maruthi dealer (Varun Nexa Showroom - Vijayawada) is not bothered and not even responding to the issue. Attached the complaint letter for your information and for quick action.

                            Baleno diesel zeta was breakdown today during high ways riding. All of a sudden engine stopped running and it became very difficult to park on the left side as i felt steering was locked and i was only able to turn inches.

                            Towing vechilce came within 1 hour and i was confirmed it was a high pressure fuel pump issue. It happens if you fill fuel in different petrol bunks. Ridiculous and terrible reason. I filled 90% in bharath petrol bunks throughput my 77k run in 2.8 years but it is impossible to fill in same area bunk.

                            But unfortunately i did not extend my warranty due to my un awareness, but i was much disappointed when i heard i have pay from pocket since it cannot be covered in insurance as well.

                            Sorry maruthi suzuki if your product is not even able to cross 1 lakh km and facing fuel pump issues and already i have poor suspension where you said my chasis nbr is not coming under your cut off nbr not sure what next then i m leaving this car in workshop itself and i m planning to sell the car to you again.
                            File RTI get the details of pump failure, injector failure complaints against all cars Maruthi in recent years ..cos now a days most of the cars not even running for 1lac kms. Within 1 lac kms pump failure issue is there in almost..may be to cover up these they asked us to go for extended warranty which is also almost same price of pump .

                            After getting details of pump failure cars in Maruthi via RTI file a case in customer court. Major components should atleast run for 1lac kms .like engine, pump, gear box & injectors

                              The window used in Baleno are tinted, is that allowed by traffic police or not. If not allowed then pl change my window glass because i have to pay challan by that. If allowed then pl show under which clause that has been used.

                              the maruti company should take necessary action against it or tell the traffic police that they are doing under so and so clause, as which is applicable, as it is not a customer fault for which he is continuously facing issue in Jodhpur traffic.

                                  I have been using maruti suzuki baleno delta petrol 2016 model since 2016 may onward. I have already done all the services in time as instructed by the company. And after that, done all the regular check ups. Some times on driving i felt the engine raising unusually. Then i complained the matter it to the authorized maruthi service cnentre. They informed me the the clutch should be changed. As informed by them, changed the clutch. Then after six or seven months the complaint again persisted and i contacted another service centre they also reported the complaint was with the clutch. Changed the clutch again. That means the clutch now with my vehicle is the third one. Now too the previous complaint persisting. Hence i request you to take necessary steps to solve the problem permanantly on detecting the engine problem or some other complaints with my car at the earliest.

                                      I puchased a car which was due for delivery by end of july from nexa showroom howrah foreshore road. At the time of delivery we found that there were many scratches and dents and thus we refused to take delivery. Next day few employees from the showroom came to our house and requested us to take that car only buy we refused and demanded a new car. They finally agreed to it and told me i will be compensated for the loss and they will provide me a new car within 5-6 days. It has been more than a month i haven't yet received my car and they have denied any compensation.

                                      I have bought my nexa baleno car zeta model in October 2016, two years going to complete and the paint of car peeling off near the bonut. I never see this type of problem in car of in any brand, Please look what is the issue with paint in this small time period. I have bought mu car from Chandigarh dealer near Alante mall.

                                        Respected sir/ma'am,

                                        Am deeply disappointed and angry on nexa chrompet.in the month of june i referred a person called jebaselvi and because of that nexa chrompet assured that they would give me 5000 worth accessories. But till date i have not got the promised accessory. I really feel bad for keeping my ties with nexa and am sure i will start putting this all over social media and will also discourage people from buying nexa products. The customer service is really bad. This is not to threaten nexa in anyway but to make people aware of my bitter experience with nexa. I really wonder what kind of a company you run. So much for buying ignis from nexa. Really regret.
