Dear Team,
On 16th Jan 2017, I booked a car Baleno Alfa (Petrol) White colour at Srinagar Dealership ( Peaks Auto Ltd) with booking amount of Rs 11000/-..At that time I was given a payment receipt only but till date i did not receive any message, mail or call from NEXA side as assured, unlike other car dealers who always remain in touch with the customers.
I even don't know whether my booking was confirmed or not..as I just paid the booking amount, got receipt & bye bye.
Please let me know my booking status & expected date of delivery of my car... Failing which I am constraint to cancel the booking & to approach some other car dealers for some other car, as I am in dire need of car before 15 April 2017.

    I have booked baleno zeta 1.2 car on Dec 19 with Adarsh nexa showroom Hyderabad Kukatpalli with booking number SOB16000167 enquiry number ENQ16000536. We made a color change to silver on next day of booking

    While booking from that showroom they promised me to deliver car by march 1st week and requested us when Nexa calls us please say 24 weeks wait time other wise their showroom get penalty 30K rs. Same thing telling to every customer who is visiting that showroom.

    March 1st week arrived and now they not sure when car will delivered to us . Ravinder manager to that showroom telling that your company is proving/dumping them only stand colors urban blue and white color cars without understanding their requirement . That's why they are not able to met their promise . Final word they are told me if you want you can cancel the booking they will refund my booking money. This is after 3 months wait time.

    I have seen many people in this showroom they get delivered their cars after my booking date .

    Few of my friends booked same Baleno car and same time period in other nexa showroom and 2 weeks back their cars was delivered .

    Why Nexa booking and delivery has so much inconsistency ?
    Why others are getting delivered and my car is not delaying .

    With 50 K Rs price variance Baleno has other options like Jazz, Polo and i20 .

    If customers are getting similar experience definitely they will look for above models .

    I wish I want to cancel my booking .Before that I would like to share my experience with you .

    Very good experience given me by Adarsh nexa on women's day .
    Adarsh Nexa management has very clever to manage to sell the 4 and 5 months old vehicle to customers. I have purchased Baleno in the month of October during Dasera time but vehicle model is June . Without informing they sold vehicle to me and supporting invoice and other documents given in the month of December. Response is very bad and they said they informed well in advance. They sold Baleno Delta model with high price as compared to others. They have different price to different customers. L

      Dear Sir
      I have booked a Baleno white delta petrol on 13th December 16 at Nexa, N. H-5, Naharakanta, Bhubaneswar. The sales person committed me to deliver the vehicle before 28th February but till date I am not getting any response from the company side. I have requested a test ride at my home at the time of booking that is also not done till date. For inquiry about my booking when I have called your person their is non response every time from his end. This is very unprofessional approach I have ever seen in an professional house.

        My self Suraj N Panzade .i have book baleno 1.2 delta G.Gry car in 20/10/2016.But up till now car not hand over, they allotted car in 28/02/2017.and say 6 to 7 day car come and you pay full amount of car .other wise your car not dispatch .i pay money full amount 7, 24356/- .
        now they say your car not dispatch uptill on date 4/03/2017 due to production stop and car come in Gujarat plant .may be dispatch 6/03/2017...

        i was mailed lots of time in nexa and they are saying that contact your bank for refund but bank bank is saying they dont know anything please advice.

          I had booked Ignis online through Nexa website on Jan 27th.
          On Feb 6th I cancelled the booking again online. It has been more than 9 working days now and they have not yet refunded the amount of Rs 11, 000.

          The booking ref # is SOB16002449

          Even after sending multiple emails and calling customer care they are not responding properly. I have the booking cancellation confirmation screenshot with me.

              Even after getting replaced the rear brake two times, I am still facing the same problem with brake. And when I turn the front ac on it makes a weird sound. And clutch is so hard that extra effort needs to be put in apply gears..Mohit shrma nexa tsm North is aware of this issue and is unable to provide solution and not responding. And is not even taking my calls now. This is the worst experience I have ever had from this industry!!
              I want my money back along with the interest I am paying to the bank to buy this car.

                I have booked Ignis car on 05.01.2017 but after launch i planned to cancel this car on 16.01.2017, i have cancel Ignis car through online but i have not got any mail for confirmation (Cancellation) and not got refund also.15 days completed for cancellation but refund not come yet.This is pathetic, i am keep following NEXA regarding my refund but you they are not responding.I dont have choice to go consumer form.Please help if anybudy can help.

                  i'm sending this to show my utter frustration and disappointment. I bought a nexa baleno (alpha) on dec 2015. The navigation system was outdated and i tried repeatedly to update it from nexa online portal. Every time i tried it showed the message "this is an invalid vin for updation".I tried from different computers and browsers (even cleared my cache data as suggested) without any result.
                  I complained repeatedly to nexa customer care executives and sent innumerable emails stating my problem but no one helped. I'm sending this complaint as my last resort.
                  I would really appreciate if you can look into this matter immediately.

                  I booked the baleno zeta petrol on 27th September and till the date I didn't get the vehicle, when ever I call to nexa showroom they were saying you're the only one in first in status but I didn't get the vehicle .

                    I have new 1.3 baleno sigma diesel drived 25000 KM car aromatically stopped and not starting since 3 days, towed to maruti dealer service station at Revankar motors Hubli Karnataka, still not know the reason why my vehicle not starting.dealer mechanics are still not confirming me the reason os non starting of my vehicle, its new car I brought this car in the month of April 2016

                      I purchased baleno zeta in April and after one month it Rear floor mate come out such low quality of material they use to cut the cost n after wards no hearing in showroom of it . they click pic in every service n said we will call you to fixed it. but till today dint get any reply from them and it Rear half floor has been damaged it really unprofessional

                      so frnds dont waste your money to buy baleno dont go on look... its waste fo money

                        My maruti baleno order no. Sob16001809 was booked on 17 october 2016 and we were assured that our car would be delivered to us by december last. We were in great need of this car in this new year.
                        The sales team at the auto pace network pvt ltd. (Nexa), industrial area, chandigarh assured us from the beginning of december that our car is on the 3rd no. And we will get it max. By end of december but that didnt happen and even the sales team there is irresponsible and rude.
                        You guys call your nexa showrooms a premium dealership but i dont see anything premium in customer service.

                          Most of the time, my follow-up calls were remain unanswered.
                          I'm really annoyed with your customer care service, & losing my patience day by day.

                            I have Baleno Alpha Diesel. There are 3 problems.
                            First is as most of the people said, it has very bad rear shocks. The person who is sitting in rear feels very uncomfortable and even get vomit due to its suspension issues. My 10 year old Indica is far better than this.

                            Second is mileage which stated as 27 kmpl but getting only 15 kmpl . Maruti should stick to their statements so they don't loose their valuable customers.

                            Third is car vibration at 120 speed/hr. We cannot even hold the steering at this speed. It will be like sitting on the Tractor. Again my 10 year old Indica does not have this issue at all. We will be travelling on Highway often and this is very disgusting.

                            When you say premium car and spent nearly 10.5 Lakh, this is not the level of expectation from Maruti. Please correct all these issues ASAP.
                            The service center people are saying that there is no problem in the car??
                            I purchased Baleno diseal zeta model in ParamasivaMotors in Vijayawada on 11 th October till now I have not received original invoice papers.There is no proper response.

                              I booked baleno cvt from nexa andheri in the month of may. On 22nd oct got a call for allotment and hence have to pay rs 50000 as per their demand which i paid immediately simultenuosly documents for registrationwas also demanded, which i subbmitted. Further on 26 oct i was asked to submitt few more documents for registration which i did at 8pm in nexa showroom, same evening within 15-20 min i get a call that a executive want to meet me at my residence at 8.30 a executive comes and tell me sorry sir your car is not yet alloted. The above facts speak itself of the malafide intention of the dealer during festive season. Am in maruti fmily from past 21 years but now have lost faith in this company,

                                I had booked one baleno, delta model petrol(granite grey) car in may, 2016 at nexa, sherpur chowk, ludhiana. Later on, i decided to change the model from delta to zeta and i was asked to again book the car. Accordingly i deposited rs.11, 000/- in july, 2016 . Now, almost more than 6 months have elapsed, but till date car is not delivered to me. Please let me know how much further time it will take for delivery of the car. Birthday of my daughter is on 22nd october, 2016, i want to surprise my daughter on her birthday.

                                  I took a delivery of my baleno on 7th of September 2016.
                                  I observed there were few marks near left and right door handles.I asked salesperson.He said it will go during buffing and you can carry it next week for same.
                                  Next week when I carried the car he denied of any marks.Then after me repeatedly telling his manager came and said bring car next week we will have a look and if required we will do a buffing.
                                  At last when I took car next week the salesperson was very rude and he drove and took my car to PDA and to fit floor and Dickey mats.
                                  When he brought the car he kept scratches on my front bumper.

                                    I had visited the Coimbatore Nexa showroom at avinashi road in June. The executive was very friendly and took me through a test drive and was clear and exact in explaining me the pros and cons of Baleno. I was about to book a Zeta version when he told he can arrange the delivery in 3 months if i opt for a fully loaded Alpha 1.2(Petrol) which was the only reason i booked one.
                                    The executive recently got relieved from his job and I got a call from his replacement who didnt even know what was committed and informed me that i will have to wait more for the car to be delivered. I was out of my patience, but explained her the committment given by her previous executive and his manager. The response she gave was that there was a fire accident at Nexa showroom and maruti has sent a mail to Nexa stating that the delivery count will be more this month, which made me feel as if Iam talking to a child who was trying to hide her mistake.
                                    I dont know how long I will have to wait but this was a very disappointing experience and made me regret on my decision of booking a vehicle with them.

                                      Sir i have purchased scross (HR26CR3000) Alpha1.3 on 10/8/2015 from pasco automobiles gurgaon and that was driven only 30000 km and i was coming from Jaipur to Delhi on road NH8 near about kotputli my car was stucked.
                                      Unfortunately, the car has not been satisfactory because my vehicle engine was over heated and excessive smoke came. My near by Pasco mechanic inspected the car and said he can`t fix the problems then I had to toe chain the car to gurgaon from kotputli . Now my vehicle is with Pasco Automobile at Gurgaon Haryana.
                                      I don`t want my car to be repair. I want you to give my money back or a new car. Please solve this matter as soon as possible. If this matter is not sought out soon. Then I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through the court.

                                      Sir I buy a Baleno zeta from yamunanagar Nexa show room. The 3D mates which is given with basic kits are not fulfill the requirement because it is 4 in no.it should be 5 in No's. Diver seat mate is very small it not fulfill the requirement it should be a little bit bigger in size.
