Baleno zeta which 10000 km running. Front left tire break the wall . And i complaint to nexa but i m not satisfied with that answer because they reject the complaint .
So i have to write u this . Even I m giving review about baleno in review center if my problem not solved .

    I bought my car in August 2016, but has driven only 8700kms. Also being a senior citizen and due to high covid rates, i was delaying my visit to the workshop. now Maruti is not replacing my steering column free of cost saying that the warranty is over by 2 months. The steering column issue in Baleno is a manufacturing defect and is not a warranty failure and also due to covid conditions the two months delay shall be waived by maruti and I expect them to repair replace the steering column free of cost.

      I have purchased a new car Baleno delta . It was delivered on 6th of October. As I am a new driver/owner of the car don't know much of the car operation but I am comfortable in driving. I have my driver when he wanted to clean the windshield found the wiper has no fluid or any liquid in it then he filled the chamber with water. Why this has happened there supposed to be fluid for cleaning in it. I am really upset regarding this as I have purchased a new car you should have done the pre delivery check before handing the car to the owner. Look into it this matter very seriously.

        Dear Sir
        1. With due respect I want to convey u that I have purchase Nexa Ignis on 05 Sep 21 but on 12 Oct 21 mng at about 10:30 hrs after running 2 km the veh engine block creak. The vehicle just run1134 km on 08 Oct 21.
        2. Nexa is known for it brand, service and trust. But it is a totally a manufacturing defect.
        3. But it is a serious concern and how can I trust again to the brand and veh. Due to ur company manufacturing defect if anything happened or harm to life of my family then who will be responsible for it.
        4. I am waiting for your response.

                I gave my baleno car for body shop work as there was dent other than that the car had no complaint...my car was given on 20th of sep 2021 and they took the car and after a day I get a call saying there are few parts needs to changed in the càr and the cost is 12k I agreed to pay, then after an hour I get a call saying there are too many things inside car which needs to be replaced and he says it's 40k, I was shocked and felt it's expensive...

                    I have Maruti Suzuki Ignis Zeta Petrol Manual. It was bought on September 2020. My car has met an accident on 13th of June 2021 and it was taken to Beekay Auto service centre in Burdwan. They have taken 1.5 months to repair the car and charged Rs 152000/- to the insurance company. After delivery of the car I found a huge colour mismatch and multiple defects of interior work. I have returned the car again for correction of the same. They have taken another one week. When I received the car I found that they totally destroyed the shiny body colour with repeated polishing or something. And the interior defects remained same. Brake and acceleration are not working smooth like before.They had forced me repeatedly to give excellent rating. I have tried multiple times to contact them, but they are not responding at all. I'm suffering with Beekay Auto Pvt ltd sales and services from the very beginning. Kindly look into the matter and take some immediate action.

                      1.During starting with first gear, car have a sound as like belt suffling.
                      2.During stopage of car from any gear, shifiting in neutral takes time and car shift neutral after slightly movement of gear.

                        Dear Team ( Maruti),
                        This is very Hard to write this mail with heavy hearts, I am one of the customer who inspite of having a medical emergency.
                        I booked a vehicle with on eof the delaershio in Bhopal ( M.P ) Jewan Motors on 28th July 2021 and committmnet which was given for delivery was 15th Augt 2021. ( Due to failure in delivery commitment My refund checque was also made ) Still on the durability and market value of Maruti I gave some time and it was delivered on the next committment date till 31st Augt. ( Attached Mail is for your reference )

                        My Mom is a cancer patient and is on 4th stage it declared recently so we wanted to gift her a car.

                        We collected the vehcile on 29th Augt 2021 and yesterday one surpirse what we faced in our new vehicle in the middle of the road the break got Jamed and the excelearator of the vehicle got free threr was no speed for driving and it was just moving on the road with a minor drive.
                        We managed the vehicle with the Hand break. There was error on the screen for break it was really very disgusting and heartbroken expirence with a new vehicle. We reached to the dealer he connected on call to workshop we followed and resarted the vehicle again. It worked.

                        After asking they mentioned we will check at the wokshop it can be a malfunctioning.
                        I dont see any seriounous or follow up from their behalf if we reached with out issue arent there should be a follow up and heads up to the concern.

                        Really disappointed.

                              It's a request from the baleno user. Please don't use Appolo tyres. It's waste and hopeless. I drove only 14000 kms and my tyre got damaged 2 times. They are telling 5 years warranty and now they tell simple things to reject the warranty. The customer service of Appolo tyre is very hopeless. I am not satisfied with the tyre company and please don't use these types of waste tyres

Please advice how to escalate this from your side and need to replace my tyre from your end because car running only 3000 km & tyre bust its reliculous too much poor quality tyre you provided in new car.

                                  I have bought a Baleno car on this year February and it has a Appolo tyres fitted I was really happy with overall car and especially with the tyres what I have got because its from Appolo so I am pretty sure about the quality of the product During this locked down May i was not driven the car some days due to locked down restrictions but one day I suppose to take out my car from my car porch i noticed one of the tyre air was very low first I thought its normal because I didnot driven my car for some days so I fill the air and went outside for some work and came back and parked on porch next day again I want to go out but I found the same problem so I took my car into one of the reputed tyres workshop near my home After inspection they said there is tiny hole on the tyre so I asked them to repair it but they said we cant do the patch work since its on the side of the tyre and it is a manufacture diffect and also we didnt find any kind of external materials to be found to damage the tyre Since my car has a full warranty and its brand new car so I decided to visit Maruti dealer calicut thondayad from where I have bought this car and I explained them about my concern and I requested them to replace my tyre from the warranty what I have But it was really bad experience for me after the inspection they said I am not eligible to claim the warranty since its a Side wall through Cut This is really not acceptable we believe Maruti as a brand for their quality of product and the quality of services I have a faith on Maruti company that is the reason I am writing this to you I hope you can understand my concern and you will give me solution for this Along with this mail I am attaching the details which you can refer and take appropriate action Really unsatisfied baleno customer.                                     Baleno - Steering was so hard
