I bought my car in August 2016, but has driven only 8700kms. Also being a senior citizen and due to high covid rates, i was delaying my visit to the workshop. now Maruti is not replacing my steering column free of cost saying that the warranty is over by 2 months. The steering column issue in Baleno is a manufacturing defect and is not a warranty failure and also due to covid conditions the two months delay shall be waived by maruti and I expect them to repair replace the steering column free of cost.
NEXA customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
