The car is just 3-4 months old and still facing a lot of problems like the cooling system in this car and the main problem is the car heat up just 60 kms the car got heat up and stopped in the middle of national highway at and after thats takes a lot of time to cool down almost more than half and hour has passed still the cool down is less than 50% Please raise the concern and solve the issue asap!

    Dear sir madam
    I have bought a Baleno car on this year February and it has a Appolo tyres fitted I was really happy with overall car and especially with the tyres what I have got because its from Appolo so I am pretty sure about the quality of the product During this locked down May i was not driven the car some days due to locked down restrictions but one day I suppose to take out my car from my car porch i noticed one of the tyre air was very low first I thought its normal because I didnot driven my car for some days so I fill the air and went outside for some work and came back and parked on porch next day again I want to go out but I found the same problem so I took my car into one of the reputed tyres workshop near my home After inspection they said there is tiny hole on the tyre so I asked them to repair it but they said we cant do the patch work since its on the side of the tyre and it is a manufacture diffect and also we didnt find any kind of external materials to be found to damage the tyre Since my car has a full warranty and its brand new car so I decided to visit Maruti dealer calicut thondayad from where I have bought this car and I explained them about my concern and I requested them to replace my tyre from the warranty what I have But it was really bad experience for me after the inspection they said I am not eligible to claim the warranty since its a Side wall through Cut This is really not acceptable we believe Maruti as a brand for their quality of product and the quality of services I have a faith on Maruti company that is the reason I am writing this to you I hope you can understand my concern and you will give me solution for this Along with this mail I am attaching the details which you can refer and take appropriate action Really unsatisfied baleno customer

      I have purchased maruti baleno in feb 2020,
      Around a week back suddenly car get stopped then with the help of crane
      I approaches to prem motors palam vihar Gurgaon. They said chamber located
      near engine of the car is broken
      They filed my insurance claim.
      Insurance company i.e TATA AIG denied for claim under justification that it is fault
      of company.
      This is my 3rd car from maruti and i faced this issue first time, it is very disappointing for me
      Requesting you to please help me out and conduct technical enquiry of my car and
      find out the glitch, it might also harm the driver.
      Requesting you to please look into this matter and replace my car OR
      If replacement not possible, born the repair cost.

        Dear Sir/madam

        We have a conversation through mail and I have received a call yesterday from JJ impex jahangir puri G T karnal road and I told them I will visit sunday 8th august..I have visited Service station master in the morning and they attend me and hear my problem carefully .. later they assigned a mechanic and he found the problem with using a laptop. The car was over heating. They have check valve, radiator and said to me that engine overhead will open.The main problem is in engine which they mentioned in Job card (attached file) .My car is in very good condition. And drive only 17137 km. My car still have extended warranty..17000 km run for a brand new engine is very less. I feel cheated and harassed.. I have invested my hard earned money on it. How can a engine get over heated so quickly as car is only 2 years old.
        This is a serious issues. How can customer trust on maruti. This is manufacturing defect.
        This is not acceptable to me and still I have not received any call from nexa. How can maruti justify this.

          We bought Baleno car in March 2021. Buy May NEXA arranged for the free 1st service even though it would have traveled less than 200 km.
          Due to Covid we avoid going around. Being a doctor I take the car to the hospital which is less than 10 km per day.

          Few days back my wife went and bought 2 sacs of fertiliser bags nearly 50 Kgs. While sitting on the left side of the back seat, our driver noticed a dragging sound which he felt is due to suspender touching the ground when going over speed breaker and pot holes.

          Nexa informed Maruti service center at Arumbakkam, Chennai, when the Manager Mr. Nagaraj wanted re-inspection by his team. Mr. Ramu came and checked 2 days baack. When I contacted Mr. Nagaraj, he said he would be discussing with ????.

          Mr. Nagaraj will be very busy gentleman who is busy with varity of work. But to return the call and inform the customer should also be his priority. I wonder were is the problem.

          I have been associated with Maruti since nearly 3 decade but it not phase this sort of behavior. Is it that Mr. Nagarajan wants me to personally drive to Maruti service center Arumbakkam, I don't understand. I am a senior citizen and expect some amount of consideration though one will argue that how come he goes to the Hospital!!!

              We own the car MP09 WV 5954, Ciaz, Top variant. We have been giving it for servicing at Rana Motors, IPS, Indore. We are utterly disappointed with their services. We complaint about some unusual noise in the car and Rana Motors have been visited 4 times since then with no relief. However, every visit we have been given various reasons for the noise and charged heavily. The problem still is persistent.

                I am not satisfied with your service. Overall 2 star rating. I purchased XL6 a week ago and while delivery time i notice that disc plate got rusted and carpet is wet..this is first and last experience. As with your brand earlier i plan to go baleno but after this never ever

                    I have purchased S Cross from your Jeewan Motors Nexa Showroom Bhopal on 27 December 2020. My vehicle was insured by Iffco Tokio I think Maruti Suzuki nexa have some tieup with Iffco Tokio. On 11.07.2021 I was returning from Jabalpur to Bhopal two cows were fighting on street on cow from back side hit my Car and both doors of right hand side were damaged little bit and my vehicle run on stone front tyre of got the bump and rear tyre burst of right hand side . Same day I have given my vehicle to Jeewan Motors Govind Pura Work Shop here in Bhopal for repair and insurance claim. Insurance suryerer Mr Vivek Kak came and inspected the Vehicle and he is having different opinion about the accident. I also asked him about the solution because my vehicle is damaged and stuck in work shop but they are not giving any solution. I have several time contacted to your workshop and insurance company but no body is giving me satisfactory answer. My insurance claim is on hold from 11.07.2021. today is 21.07.2021 my vehicle is stuck in your workshop 10 days is over. It is really hurting me. My daily working is also disturbed alot.
                    I also want to know Both tyre of SCross is of J K Tyre. Now vehicle is only 7 month Old . Both tyre of right hand side damaged. Is there any warranty for tyres.
                    I want your support in this matter. Plz resolve the issue at the earliest

                      S cross zeta model was bought from ABT coimbatore on 24/7/18 bearing Reg.No TN 58 BA 3333.
                      Hardly not even three years has crossed the vehicle got corroded in Feb 2020 and this has been examined by ABT Thiruparankundram team and same was intimated to coimbatore ABT also in Feb 2020.By that time they told after the covid 19 lockdown we will look into the matter.Even now in 2nd May 2021 I met madurai ABT sales manager Avai, he told he will speak with concern person and inform us after a week then again called him but No response.Again I finally informed to ABT coimbatore Nexa sales manager on 7/6/21 but till now no reply.
                      I feel very bad to say such a premium segment car getting corroded within 1 1/2 year and now at more places. I am a maruti customer for past 30 years. In the past none of the car has accured like this. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I feel shame to say this premium car being like this.

                        I have purchased baleno zera petrol in 2018 December and now it is observed that paint in coming out automatically as patches.

                        Never thought the maruthi will be giving such a quality of paints being number one in India.

                        I request you kindly replace the car paint.

                          It has been almost more than 2 yrs.that i have been facing the 3rd gear problem.when i move from 2nd to 3rd sometimes it just becomes so hard like stuck and then u have to get back to the 2nd gear, also the other problem is again when i push from 2nd to 3rd gear sometimes it just gets freed up and the vehicle goes in like it will stop as has no power so u have to again shift to 2nd gear.
                          Recently for this issue finaly went to company and they replaced the gear assembly which worked for me for 20 days ...and then today came across the same problem.

                          So having no.option again went to the company where the concerned person has a test ride to find if there is any problem and ya now he says ur gears are working properly having a ride of 1 kms...ohh cmon 😯

                          its me who comes.across the problem so ur job is to seriously give a thought to what i am facing... and to overcome that.

                            Dear sir,
                            I Bhupendrasinh Chauhan (s/o :- Champaksinh Chauhan) inform you that I done the 3rd Free service at Kataria Nexa Gotri Vadodara workshop toady by self.

                            I have complaint regarding cheeting, become fool us & poor workmanship by Nexa Katarai Gotri Vadodara Workshop.

                            Here I mentioned below is the dissatisfied points.

                            1) Kataria nexa force me for 5w30 Engine oil against 0w20 (0w20 suggested by service manual too) to make overcharged in bill. (They said else warranty issue create and they haven't keep that Eng oil in stock)
                            2) Kataria nexa fill 3.2 lit Eng oil against 3.1 lit in my car and make overcharged in bill.
                            3) They were not checked my vehicle as per the check points recommend for 3rd free service by Maruti Suzuki service manual :- they Checked only HL, TL, combi switch, apply grease on the Door latch, Clean the air filter and AC filter, fill the air in tyres, replace the Eng oil and oil filter, Washing and cleaning the car only..

                            Some pending check points :-

                            What about Brake, clutch checking.? (If any issue create related to this and any fatal incident happen then who is the responsible)
                            What about Coolant & Brake oil checking and top up if require.?
                            What about wheel checking?
                            What about Battery checking? (They were not checked battery and if any issue create related to Battery who is the responsible for that)

                            These are the some points which need to escalate to you so I mentioned it.

                            I never feel the premium experience of Nexa workshop that said by the Suzuki India LTD and I am really dissatisfied with the workmanship of workshop.

                            So request you to please resolve my issue as earliest.

                              I took Baleno from KTS showroom from Mr chetan and he handed over me the car which had got the dent on it. I am not atall happy with this car. later on he told me that he will get the dent removal done from the company and also give me with the back camera and matting done along with it. He had not done any of the above and now when the showroom is open and I am asking him to get the things done he is denying for the same.
                              Kindly help me

                                    Month/Year of Manufacture 10/2020
                                    On my repeated request First
                                    Service as req. by you was done on 24.11.2020
                                    Then that time I was informed 2nd service will be due after three months as I again did not receive any call for service
                                    I enquired about this
                                    After repeated calls this time I was informed that as service
                                    center for NEXA Maruti cars is being separated from previous service (Old service center for all models of Maruti Suzuki ) it will take some time then we will inform you for service
                                    But I waited for long time no body informed
                                    This kind of irregularity in not expected from your company
                                    I am Regular customer bought many Models of cars from your company. My last car was Ritz
                                    Earlier I Have not faced such type of issues
                                    Also I am having cars
                                    Honda City, & one from Hundai
                                    I have not experienced such issues with any company
                                    But very sorry to say that I am not happy with such behaviour
                                    Later on I will be blamed that I did not go for timely service which is not my fault
                                    Now very bad time of corona is going on in India I can not move out of house during this period for service
                                    Kindly informed NEXA service center about all this & instruct them to inform & do service of car when it is safe in India
                                    We are now facing very bad time
