Nexa — Vehicle stuck in workshop last 10 days due to insurance company Iffco Tokio not giving approval | |||
I have purchased S Cross from your Jeewan Motors Nexa Showroom Bhopal on 27 December 2020. My vehicle was insured by Iffco Tokio I think Maruti Suzuki nexa have some tieup with Iffco Tokio. On 11.07.2021 I was returning from Jabalpur to Bhopal two cows were fighting on street on cow from back side hit my Car and both doors of right hand side were damaged little bit and my vehicle run on stone front tyre of got the bump and rear tyre burst of right hand side . Same day I have given my vehicle to Jeewan Motors Govind Pura Work Shop here in Bhopal for repair and insurance claim. Insurance suryerer Mr Vivek Kak came and inspected the Vehicle and he is having different opinion about the accident. I also asked him about the solution because my vehicle is damaged and stuck in work shop but they are not giving any solution. I have several time contacted to your workshop and insurance company but no body is giving me satisfactory answer. My insurance claim is on hold from 11.07.2021. today is 21.07.2021 my vehicle is stuck in your workshop 10 days is over. It is really hurting me. My daily working is also disturbed alot. I also want to know Both tyre of SCross is of J K Tyre. Now vehicle is only 7 month Old . Both tyre of right hand side damaged. Is there any warranty for tyres. I want your support in this matter.
