I purchased Videocon Typhoon Plus VS60B11 Washing Machine (Dark Grey) On 24th june by credit card. On 30th june gati courier took the product at my home and he said The product is COD. I sent back the product and called next customer care and lodged complaint.Next Customer care called me you will get the product within 48hours.It's 4th july still they have not resolved my issue .They always say it will resolve in 24 hours.My order no is 00050142.
