My nextra broadband wasn't working since 1st aug, i made a compalint to the company they informed me that due to some service upgradation i will not be able to use their internet services for about 10-15 days.
I coperated with them and contacted after 15 days then again i was informed that it will take 10-15 days more. Meanwhile i have not recharged my nextra account and later i was informed that i should make a recharge as my account was deactived and the problem was resolved.
So, i made the recharge of rs. 943.00/- and contacted them and then they again informed me that it will take 10-15 days more to get the problem resolved and when i asked for refund they said that it is non refundable amount.
