Nextra — Not transferring my money back | |||||
On 25th may 2017, i paid rs.2757 for a new internet connection plan name "nfinity 10 for 3 months unlimited". As per their employee (Name-ajay, contact no.[protected]), he said that our internet connection will establish in 2-3 days. Then after 5-6days, he is not responding well and giving us reason that "routers are not available so you have to wait for more 2-3 days". He conveyed us that nextra is such a superb company that work well on time and there will be no delay in service in future. Then in next 2-3 days, 2 workers of nextra came to check whether thr is availability of nextra internet in our locality and they said no "nextra internet connection cannot be established in your area. This was the first when we found that their employee"ajay"give us a false statement regarding connection. Each day i call to"ajay"and your customer care centre, i was getting same reply that"your money will be refunded in 1or 2 days". Then i mailed company regarding payment refund issue and they inform us that money will refunded in bank account only. But the main issue comes when they told us that they require that person account no. On whose name that"ajay"registered the new connection because he didn't inform us that registered person account should be exist and now registered person account is not exist and the co. Is not even ready to transfer the money in other family member's account. I dont know how will i get my money back. Please help"consumer compalaint board" Was this information helpful? | |||||
