Respected sir/mam,
I wanted to draw your attention to the negligence i faced because of your services. I was also one of the customers of your nextra broadband and i feel so neglected as a customer as my queries were not taken so seriously as i thought so.
I had requested for disconnecting my internet services from nextra because of my shifting issues and financial problem for which also called in customer care much time for disconnection of the router as soon as possible but they said they'll do this but yet no response.
Then i had to submit all router and cables to nearest nextra centre in kotla mubarakpur parsadi gali 110003 because i was getting no response from your side and i had to shift in a hurry that's why.
But now the problem is that as per your terms and conditions, security fee has to be returned of amount 1000 rs, which i deposited at the time of my router installation. Please kindly get in touch with me for my query to be solved.
As simple as that i want my security fee back which is also mentioned in your conditions also, it's been a month and no one is ready to respond to my queries.
It would be kindful of you if you treat your every customer equally and do as per you have said.
