Nextra brand just want money and not give any services in return.
Customer care executives don't even know how to talk to a customer. Sometimes they just avoid call and not receive call. They enjoy their time as I can hear their voices 😡 and fool innocent customers. Shameless people . Bloody liers.
This whole month was nothing but mess. I feel helpless. I wish I have power to teach them a lesson. So they can improve somehow.
I don't know what to do.😥
Who can help me in this situation?
I want to take legal action.
