I had a Nextra connection for 3-4 months and they are among the worst broadband service providers I have come across. Their Internet connection fails regularly and in a month, almost 10-15 days would go by when I would get no Internet.
Fed up of repeatedly calling up customer service and there being no resolution from their end, I decided to cancel my Nextra connection. The request was made on 16 June, 2016 and it was accepted on June 23, 2016. I was told that I would get my refund within 30 days.
It's been more than a month now and I am being given the run around yet again. Each time you call customer care, they keep saying the same thing over and over again - we will get back to you, we will escalate the issue, please give us one more chance. And once again, no response from their side at all.
I am fed up of Nextra and their unprofessional behaviour. I would strongly recommend against taking their Internet connection. Was this information helpful? |
