My main and biggest concern is I have requested you guys to cancel my nextra WiFi request 3 months back, still it hasn't cancelled I haven't received my funds back till now.
I have contacted your customer services 6-7 times in past days, everytime you guys tell me same thing refund will be processed and it will be reflect within 10 days but i don't think 10 days will come . I also drafted an email to your nodal team and they also didn't revert back .Can you check and let me know when I will get my money back. I haven't donated it to you guys or nextra needs my money to run its business.
This is the pathetic service I have ever deal with. After so many calls you guys even don't know the solution of my issue. Everytime I tried to reach out to leadership team your agents disconnected my calls without letting me know.
Now this is getting into my nerve so it's a humble request to you to issue my refund asap. Otherwise I will have to take any legal action on this.
