I have applied for new connection by giving an amount rs.2120, from nextra on 23/04/2018 after getting in touch with a nextra executive mr. Gaurav ([protected]). He has promised me to provide me connection with in a day or two. After checking the feasible time for installation, he has scheduled two slots in two days but no body turned up. When i checked with mr. Gaurav the reason for not providing connection he told me that no router available so the installation may take another day or two. Post two days when i called him, my calls went unanswered. So i have escalated to nextra support teams ([protected]@nextraworld.com and [protected]@nextraworld.com) on 28/04/2018 to register a complaint and got a complaint number [protected]. I have called several times to the nextra customer care. Every time i got reply for my calls and mails that "nextra team have escalated this issue and will get back to you shortly" but it never happened till now.
It seems like all my calls and mails are falling in a deaf ear, so i am approaching you to kindly help me in this regard and teach a lesson to the fraud company nextra so that they will think twice before providing such pathetic service to the customers.
