I disconnected my nextra connection last year in November, my router was collected by your executive in january.
Now i am waiting for my own money to be transferred from you people, but I don't know why i have yet not received it, every time when I call your customer service center your executive kept on saying that they have forwarded my concern to the finance department, but your finance team is not doing anything.
Is this how Nextra is making money by fooling their customers?
