As per my plan, I should get 10 mbps, but we get only 2-3 mpbs. Is it the way to provide wrong solution. I tried to download open office infront him, it was around 100 mb size, it was taking about 25 min to complete the downloading process. I requested him to transfer the call to any available supervisor or manager, he denied and ask to send the email if we need any help. really, it is very bad service, I am just wasting my money. I tried to open so many websites while accessing my computer using team viewer. took long time open. took about 45 min to complete the downloading of 100 MB size file. your tech just argued with me and did not try to listen my word. kindly read the email completely to get the details. already 4 days passed way, there is no solution . is it possible to extend my service or take any action against tech.
