I have requested for cancellation of connection due to poor connectivity along with applied for waiver. But the team forced me to ensure connectivity will improve and did not cancel the connection. When they could not able to resolve the problem, they auto-resolved the issue. Now they are sending me bill for the period net was not wrking.
20 Oct i requested for final cancellation. So 20 Oct till 11 Nov i have got bill which is improper . Also previous bill cycle is not adjusted with waiver amount for the period net was improper.
Ideally from Aug onwards I am following up with complaints but these guys are auto resolving the issue without resolving actual issue. Was this information helpful? |
