1) It's a prepaid service and once the amount is deposited, these people take no responsibility of providing a proper connection.
2) Of 30 days of validity almost 10 days or more they have a problem with the main server, or cable. On top of which they ask the customer to call up separately and put a request to increase the validity.
3) There customer care consistently provides false commitments to it's customer.
4) They have been harassing me as a customer by having a disruption in their services every 2nd or 3rd day.
5) Every month they definitely have a problem either on the same day as I get the connection recharged or the very next day itself. Yesterday I got a complaint closed and as soon as I got the top up, the internet stopped working again.
