Nextra Teleservices — Internet connection request time out

It seems that since i bout the connection it is working 20 days good in a month and 10 days not working always facing same issue after did complaints many times issue did not resolved locals guy or support always saying we provide support only on lan not wifi even we are getting same issue on lan as well

This is very worse experience i have seen
