Despitr getting assurance from customer care, the internet is still not working. The technician visited on 1st day and said that the issue will be resolved by afternoon but its bee 2 days now. Nodal officer and appellate officer are also not responding to emails. They still charge for the internet not used. What is the point of paying them full amount if they don't even restore the connection

Updated by dimi0011 Even after resolving the ticket, the issue has again cropped up. Almost 5 times ina day, internet services are disrupted.
