I bought a nextra broadband connection one and a half months before and i disconnected the connection of nextra because the internet was not working.
I bought a plan o[censored]nlimited data 50 mbps speed and paid 707 rupees but its not even giving me a spead of 30 mbps.
I and my dad are fed up of calling the customer care every day but no one resolves my query. Some executive even disconnected the call which was not good.
Today i have bought another internet connection from some other company and i stopped using nextra effective today (16.03.2019). I want my money back for this month other wise i will email all the internet network about your services and the bad internet services which you guys are providing. I have each call recording and each complaint number
So do not think that i am joking.
I am serious on this. U guys are # and do not know that cheating the customer is the least thing you should prefer.
This complaint is just a start. After thid complaint if my money is not refunded within 2 days then i will email all the senior people of nextra along with social media. I have some friend who are also fed up using nextra.
