Its been a month and a half since i got the installation done. I made payment for 3 months of service in advance and yet i have not received any form of bill or invoice for it. I raised this issue with the customer service team and the response i keep getting is that i will have to wait till the plan expires to get an invoice or any sort of bill.
I even highlighted to them that not generating an invoice after payment could be illegal and still the same copy-pasted replies.
