I connect it in November 2016.
Now is beginning of March 2017.
During this period I called them more than 100 times I think.
I did not have internet every month from 3 to 7 days.
They always have a technical problems, always.
From 3 to 7 days to solve the problem. It's insane.
In 7 days house can be built-up.
World was created in 7 days.
I'm really tired to call them and ask when I will get my connection again.
So, in the end I have to come back to Airtel. They are more expensive and less speedy, but don't have a problem with connection. Some times people who working on them also making alot of problem, but not putting you in the position without internet during 7 cracking days! Was this information helpful? |
