Nextra Teleservices — last 1 year nextra only playing a game..what is service I really dont know

I have been using Nextra service connections more than 1year,
Connections:

I have been tortured by NEXTRA service team, I have requested several times for correction of services,
I have made many many complaints on customer care but NO action has been taken against it, and without any rectification i used to get messages "your problem has been resolved"

Jul 18 is my last limit for acceptance this type of service.

Last complaint was 07jul than go to Nextra office in Nandgram Ghaziabad up 201003, his Intelenet is working my in Same area my net is not working...I told him please resolve my issue asap, name of the person is Rajesh he told once we received your request than only we can resolve your issue...no buddy help m...on 06jul 0830pm till 07jul net still not working...

"Kindly work on your Service team rather than messages"

This time i request you to kindly return my balance Amount.
i dont want to continue with Nextra services at all.Otherwise i will have take necessary harsh step for this humiliation.,

Waiting for prompt reply as i have been waiting for many days, and now its hard to wait more.
