Nextra Teleservices — My connection is not working

I m sufrring from your bad drodband services from the bignig of taking this waist of money & headached connection. Its not working good still for a week anytime, but I was taking it lightly bcoz by complaining to the distbuter it was resolved but now he is not a part of your company & your service is paithentic for me, I have registerd a complaint after many try to your costumer care no on 01/04/2021 complaint no is 5008. But their is no action taking by you till now, I regularly try to follow up with your executives but no benifit at all, hope fully this time I get something othvise, i 'll make a legal action against this. Thanks
