@nextraworld it's been a month and your connection got issues 3 times, 12 days no internet, can you believe it? Called hundred times, no one responds, stops picking up calls. Committed 4 times but there is no solution. You charged 3000 & they aren't refundable, is this for real?. Now should i complain legally or what do you suggest.

My Wi-Fi is not working from the past 2 days despite making the payment. Also nobody is responding on the customer care number. Kindly look into this matter and get it done ASAP.
