I am using using internet of nextra from last 14 days only and had registered 4-5 complaints in this little duration. Internet is so badly working that i am forced to use my mobile net so what is the point o[censored]sing a broadband. Regularly i am facing this problem. My registered mobile number is [protected] and customer id is ea-146007.
I have paid 4 month advance amount and now i think wasted my money. Apart from that the executive sandeep who spoke to me on 24 jan 2019 around 12 noon disconnected my call and was so rude and arrogent. When i am asking about my query and time of fixing my problem he is making statement "jald se jald ho jaega" so in reply to that i am asking "kitna jald" and then he rudely disconnected my call.
